For my clients; friends and family…….

Slowing getting used to the new me. You have heard of “Chopped”…. right? Well I chopped off my curls and red hair
two weeks or so ago. So for my clients who have never met me, here I am. To my friends and family, meet the new me!

I believe external changes are a reflection of things that have been and are going on within one’s self.

This feels right and good and more professional. ( I always was a late bloomer, so why would it be any different
regarding my professional life! :))

What is NEW with you? Any positive and uplifting news, stories, or realizations from anyone? Do share!

I finally did it! The New Me!

Jeanne Mulligan Prom

From about 45 until now, 64,  I have colored my hair various shades of reddish, copper, auburn, etc….

For the past few, I have had to do it very frequently due to daily swimming resulting in chlorine damage, and ……. the aging process with white hair growing in more and more rapidly. Well, every time I noticed the white I liked it more and more; the lightness, the shine, etc….. So why did it take me a few years to finally chop off all the red? Because I heard the voices from the peanut gallery saying; no you will look older. No, you are too young of spirit to let it go natural. No , you will not attract the  kind of man you would want. No, it will make you look this that or the other.

Although it took me three haircuts and close to $200, lol , I finally mustered up the guts to chop off almost allllllll the red, and am starting my new white spiked EASY, no fuss, no muss, great for swimming haircut.  I love it. And guess what? So do all the women who initially told me NOT to do it. They have been honestly complimentary and kind of amazed, as it was a big change.

So, lesson to learn here; Follow my own heart, as I know to do, and next time not to wait years to do it but to be more trusting of my inner guidance.

New Referral; July 4th 2013 re; Life Coaching

To whom it may concern; Let it be known that Ms. Jeanne Prom is a lifesaving “Life Coach”.
I was on a downhill spiral with little or no self esteem left. Because of her talents I learned
how to cope with and ultimate change devastating emotional upheavals. I have felt better about myself
and my abilities to handle what life throws my way. I am learning, too, that I am responsible
for the thoughts I think and the outcomes they produce. I have power that I was not realizing
or claiming or using, but now am. Sincerely and thankful, Judy, Emergency Room Nurse and World Relief
